These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Bludore and its customers. By engaging in a transaction with Bludore, you agree to these Terms.

Services & Products

• All service descriptions will be provided verbally or in written form.
• Customers are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification before making a purchase.​
• All transactions will be conducted in person or through direct communication (e.g., phone, text, email).
• Payment methods will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
• Records of all transactions will be kept.​
• While every effort will be made to provide quality products/services, Bludore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount of the transaction.
• Returns and Refunds will be communicated on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon before transaction.
• Returns and Refunds are not guaranteed.
• Any disputes will be handled through direct communication and negotiation.
• These terms shall be governed by the State of California. 

Cancellation

• To cancel an appointment, email contact-us@bludore.com  with the date, time, and order number.
